Lending Programme for Surface Water Management Models

We will soon be launching a lending programme where organisations can borrow our surface water management models, for example for use at an event or to trial a model before purchase.

Models Available for Hire

Hire Period

The models are available to hire on a weekly basis, based on five working days.

For example, a model borrowed on Monday would be returned on Friday of the same week.

A model borrowed on Tuesday would be returned on Monday of the following week.

Hire Costs

The hire cost is £275 per model per week, excluding delivery.

Delivery and Return

You are welcome to collect and return the model/s from us in Luton, Bedfordshire – this will be the most cost-effective option.

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery and collection with our delivery partner Speedy Freight. This is a same-day door-to-door service with a dedicated vehicle. This is charged at cost price, and is calculated per mile.

Please do not use any other third-party courier to collect or return the models, as this may result in damage to the models.

Product Care

  • Please follow the packing away advice, including removing loose items.

  • Please always store and transport the models in the carry cases supplied.

  • Please notify us of any damage or missing parts.

  • Please ensure that other users of the model are familiar with the handling and care instructions.

  • Please ensure that the person transporting the model handles it with care.

Loss or Damage

  • The hirer is responsible for the model during the hire period.

  • Repair of damage or replacement of lost items is charged at cost price.

  • In the event of theft or extensive damage where repair is not possible, the hirer is liable for the cost of replacing the model.

Discounts on Surface Water Management Models

We hope that you will find the model to be a valuable engagement tool. Organisations that have participated in the lending programme benefit from a 10% discount off the purchase price of any of our surface water management models, valid for up to six months from the end date of hire.
