New Photovoltaic Kit Launched
Today (3 May) is World Sun Day 2021, an appropriate day to officially launch EcoStyle’s updated Photovoltaic Kit.
The Photovoltaic Kit is a hands-on, interactive educational model designed to help teach about solar energy in schools, colleges and universities. Students experiment with a photovoltaic (PV) module, using energy from the sun or a lamp to power motor, LED and buzzer modules, and connect a voltmeter to measure the voltage generated in different light conditions.
Enhancements to the latest model include a robust photovoltaic module, stackable connector leads, a dual-scale analogue voltmeter, and a full-colour storage case with individual sections to keep components safe and secure.
EcoStyle’s managing director Simon Hall said: ‘We’re very proud of this latest version of the Photovoltaic Kit. The new model builds on the strengths of the previous model, while making the kit even easier to use, resulting in an improved user experience.’
